Welome to Kettering Golf Club

Marlow House Annual Golf Day 2025

Our 14th Golf Day was held on Friday August 22nd. Once again Kettering Golf Club hosted the event, and the weather was fine.

Another successful day


Many many thanks to all the teams who entered and so generously supported the event. Thanks to all  the companies and individuals who sponsored us, and to Kettering  Golf Club for looking after us so well. 


Between us we raised a fantastic amount of £ 4,344.


18 teams set off in pursuit of the title of Marlow House Golf Day Champions.

     Team JUSTIN BOUNDS, lead by Justin Gaggini, with Simon Francis, Adam Jacobs and Andrew Manuel Renda scored 119 points to win the team first prize. Justin and Simon had to leave early. 

    119 points seems to win quite regularly!!

    ANDREW MANUEL RENDA, part of the winning team, also took the individual prize with a great score of 39 points. This was on countback, with his back 9 score of 22 points taking the top spot.

    Phil Ogden lead the TOGLEGGERS with Andrew Elliot, Stuart McClean and Doco Doherty (not in photo) to the runners up prize with 115 points

    Stuart McClean (Togleggers) also scored a brilliant 39 points. His back 9 of 21points, back 6 of 14 points and finally back 3 of 8 points gave him the second prize. Close or what??

    Captain of Team TOGS, Phil Elliot, along with Froggy Stevenson, Joe Cummings and Joe O'Neill took 3rd place with 112 points.

    NIGEL HANGAR (The Foxes), with another great 39 points, took 3rd spot after count back described above. Unlucky Nigel! 

    James Claypole must get a mention here, as he was in 4th place, also on 39 points. Very unlucky James!!

    Individual Ladies Winner

    VIVIENNE LEWIS(Lewis "B") was the top lady with 30 points. She played with her son in the "B" team, beating the old man, Andrew, captain of the "A" team!!!!

    The Men's and Ladies Longest Drives went to Stuart McClean(Togleggers) and 

    Vivienne Lewis (Lewis "B"), who definitely should be in the "A" team next year!!!
